Designed for easy integration into medium duty equipment, the SmartDate X45 ® thermal transfer overprinter delivers cost-effective, high-performance printing on flexible film packaging, while tracking your OEE data.

The SmartDate X45’s print speed can be set from 30 mm to 600 mm per second, allowing for 220 printed packs per minute at 300 dpi. Our thermal transfer overprinter (TTO) can be adapted to your production line, offering intermittent or continuous configurations and a choice of printheads and ribbon rolls. In addition to its dead-dot detection system, the optional SmartDate® Detect-Plus system can check and confirm the presence, position and quality of the code on every produced pack, preventing costly recalls and protecting your brand integrity.
