The Problem?

If you need a mixed pallet you do what’s known as 'Hand-Stacking' or ‘Hand-Bombing’. Where you take all the beverage cases you don’t want from the top of a pallet and replace them with all the beverage cases you do want so that your pallet would be mixed for any custom or special sized orders (or maybe you just want to fill your truck to its limit).

The problem has always been that It’s very time consuming (instead of moving a pallet onto the truck within 30 seconds, you're now spending a few minutes to try and mix the pallets before you can start moving them to the truck) also it’s messy, it’s dangerous and more often than not, you have some spillage or broken or crushed product. That’s what it’s been like for the past 50 years of palleting products around. The bottom line is until ‘The Bomber’ was created, we all did the same thing with pallets.

The Qtek Bomber allows you to:

  • Pick 2000 Cases/Man-Hour
  • Use standard forklift equipment - no retrofitting required
  • Virtually eliminate hand stacking case damage and injuries
  • Full pallet exchange
  • Pallet splitting or Upstacking
  • Partial pallets
  • Damaged layer repair

It was built to handle all pallet splitting and layer picking needs including plastic bottles or fruit and vegetable cases.

How does it work?

Simple. It uses a hydraulic clamping system to contain the product, then the huge metal blades are placed underneath to support the product, no matter the size or amount. Then a safety curtain rolls out to protect the product above and below.

The Qtek Bomber works with:

  • Odd shaped Glass or Plastic Bottles
  • Beverage Cans
  • Packaged Goods (wet, dry, glass or plastic)
  • Vegetables and Fruit (including watermelons)
  • Anything you can think of!

If you have a small warehouse, a shared one, a large one or several, you can’t work with pallets without having ‘The Bomber’ as one of your tools.

Your employees become more efficient as they spend less time moving cases, and you can take more custom orders and fulfill requirements that you could never think of doing before. When you become more efficient, and you receive more orders, that means one thing. More money for you!
